to find the total you need you multiply 3.6 x 10^-2 by 1.8 x 10^4

when multiply scientific numbers the first step is multiply the numbers first so 3.6 x 1.8 = 6.48

the second step is to combine the exponents  10^-2 + 10^4 = 10^(-2+4) = 10^2

then combine those for the answer:
6.48 can be rounded to 6.5

 so the answer would be 6.5 x 10^2

So each millemiters is  0.039 inches so in my perspective the answer will be 6.5 x 10^2
