The integers are 11 and 12. 

Explanation:
You can represent the smaller integer as "x" and the larger integer as "x+1". The whole equation would be 
x+4(x+1)=59
. 
Then you solve the equation:
x+4x+4=59
5x+4=59
5x=55
x=11
That's how one finds the smaller integer. Now plug that "x" value into "x+1" to get 12 as the larger integer.
