- imperialism is immoral because we diminish other cultures and forcing them to follow ours.
- The process of annexation would cost a huge amount of money that would cripple our own economy.
- The mentality of defeat and conquer could affect how citizens think and imposed the same principle to other citizens of united states, which would create a division in the country,
