Which type of federalism is characterized by a system of state and national governments with separate but distinct authority?

I believe the answer is Dual federalism.
In dual federalism, both the Federal and the government has a certain jurisdiction that couldn't be crossed by one another.
With this system, even though the federal government could determine a certain target or guideline for the states, they couldn't intervene the states' decision.
