How does zara differ from its competitors in converting ideas into products?

Zara listens to its customers. Zara gathers opinions from the customer to use when they create products. This data is used to determine whether the customer likes Zara's product. If they do not like something then Zara will make changes to satisfy their customer, if there are no problems found then Zara continues to do what they have always done.
