The Krebs cycle occurs in the mitochondrion of a cell  and it is also called the citric acid cycle or the tricarboxylic acid cycle. the Krebs cycle is part of the the mechanism of cellular respiration.
5 energy conversions happen in each cycle so in 
when both acetyl-CoA molecules go through the Krebs cycle total 10 conversions happen.
