What is meant by Vertical integration? Do you think this is an ethical practice?

Vertical integration means buying out the supplier. I think it is un-ethical because even when doing business we should include morals. Instead of winning your competition (other business) through not even letting them participate in the beginning you should play fair and let them have a chance in getting supplies
