The answer to this question would be: true

In pneumonia, there is an infection in one or more lobes of the lung. This will result in increased fremitus. That was because the inflamed lungs become denser, thus increasing the ability to transmit the vibration. Other examination that can be found would be ronchi and dulled percussion.
