Perimeter= 2(length+width)

60= 2(l+w)
l=2w

Substitution method
60= 2(2w+w)
60= 2(3w)
30= 3w
10= w

Plug the value of w in.
l= 2(10)
l=20

Final answer: Length= 20, width=10
