Inverse works in this way:

y = 1/9x + 2,

you should swap the places of x and y and find y again, in this case it will be

x = 1/9y + 2    =>     x-2 = 1/9y    =>   (x-2) * 9y = 1   =>    9y = 1/(x-2)

and finally we got y = [tex] \frac{1}{(x-2)*9} [/tex]
