The answer to this question is this: INCREASED BRAIN SIZE. With Homo Sapiens having an increased brain size, this proves that they are able to do logical thinking on how to survive in their environment and one of this is having a more successful hunting. In addition, they are also able to face the challenges of climate changes and are able to be more competent in the hunting game with other carnivores.
