the full question is, Given that L is equidistant from M and K, find m KLN
as we see on the figure

KLN ≈ mMLN, so 33 = 2y + 23
so 33 - 23 = 2y,   10° = 2y, and then y= 10/2 = 5° 

finally, we can tell that mKLN ≈2(5) + 23 = 33°

the answer is B. 33
