y = –2x² +6x – 1.
 y = -2(x²-3x)-1
y= -2( x² -2(3/2)x +(3/2)² - 
(3/2)²)-1
y = -2((x-3/2)² -9/4))-1
y = -2(x-3/2)² +7/2
the axis of symmetry is the line : x = 3/2 and vertex : (3/2 , 7/2 )
