Olivia needed 2 quarters of a cup water for flower 1. If she had nine flowers how many cups would she need?

Find out in quarters of a cup then convert to cups.

2 * 9 = 18

1/4 * 18 = 4.5

So she needs 4.5 cups of water.

count by two's (2) with your fingers or what ever but use 9 fingers and she needs 18 cups of water
