equation is the line is : y = ax+b        a is a slope
 y = (-3/4)x+b
passing through the point (−3;−3) :   -3 =(-3/4)(-3)+b
y = (-3/4)x-(21/4)

We draw the Graph by two points : A(-3;-3)  B(0;-21/4)
