-7x-6y=59
-(-8x-6y=58)
8x +6y = -58
-7x -6y = 59
--------------------
x = 1

-8x-6y = 58
-8(1) -6y =58
-8 -6y = 58
-8+8 -6y = 58+8
-6y = 66
-6y/-6= 66/-6
y= -11

Check
-7x-6y=59
-7(1) - 6(-11) = 59
