(-2,15)(9,-18)
slope = (-18 - 15) / (9 - (-2) = -33/11 = -3

There can be 2 answers to this question....
point slope form : y - y1 = m(x - x1)

(1) using points (-2,15)...
     y - 15 = -3(x + 2) <== one possible answer

(2) using points (9,-18)
     y + 18 = -3(x - 9) <== another possible answer
