Shredded paintings are paintings that have been torn apart by a machine and our no longer paintings that have the same value. You could even call it destroying the painting itself. A destroyed painting will not be worth its initial value because it's a destroyed version of what the painting used to be. "Shredded paintings are worthless because you are tearing the painting into multiple pieces, and it will never be what it once was."
