Why does salt dissociate so easily?

Answer: Simply put, NaCl(aq) is a much more tightly held state with water than sugar(aq), because ion water bonds are stronger and easier to form the sugar's dipole bonds. Salt dissolve faster when the concentration of both the solvent is same.
