What is ‘innate talent’? Do you think it determines success? Why or why not?

An innate talent is one that a person is born with. Like you’re good at it without really trying. I think it can determine success, it all has to do with the effort you put into it. Some people really make money from their talents like, Kevin Jonas, he could pick up a tune at a very young age.
