Factor out the greatest common factor from each group.
x^2 (x-1y)-y^2(x-y)

Factor the polynomial by factoring out the greatest common factor, x-1y
(x-1y)(x^2-y^2)

rewrite -1y as -y.
(x-y) (x^2-y^2)

Factor.
(x-y)(x+y)(x-y)

Combine exponents.
(x-y)^2 (x+y) (your answer)

really hoped this helped. :)
