the slope intercept form is y=mx+b, where m is the slope and b is the y-intercept

y=mx+b

simplify -(x-5)

5/3y=-x+5

find the lcd of the terms in the equation

3y

multiply each term by 3y and simplify

5=-3xy+15y

y = - 5/3(x-5)
