Knowing the power rule:
dx*n*x^(n-1) all you'd need to do is bring the 7 down and multiply it by -3, then subtract 1 from 7. Because dx is 1 you don't need to worry about it (you'll use chain rule for that)
So your final answer should be dy/dx= -21x^6
