"Mass" is the one quantity that you would want to measure in kilograms. On the other hand, weight of an object is measured in Newton. There is definitely a relation between kilogram and Newton. On our planet earth, 1 kilogram is equal to 9.8 Newtons. I hope that this is the answer that has come to your help.
