Health related fitness: at least 30 minutes to an hour of cardio (walking, running, gardening, etc.) daily to maintain your weight and stay healthy.

Skill related fitness: Weight training (lifting weights, etc.) to tone your muscles. Benefits are that you most likely will look better, but it's not necessary.
