O represents the blood group B

The genotype of two parents is IaIa and IbIb

Gametes of IaIa are Ia, Ia

Gametes of IbIb are Ib, Ib

IaIa * IbIb

IaIb, IaIb, IaIb, IaIb

All the offspring have genotype AB

Hence two homozygous parents for Blood type A and B will not have any offspring with blood type B
