Helicases are a class of enzymes vital to all organisms. DNA primase is an enzyme involved in the replication of DNA and is a type of RNA polymerase. Ligase is an enzyme which brings about ligation of DNA or another substance. And finally Polymerases is an enzyme which brings about the formation of a particular polymer, especially DNA or RNA.
