slope of a line passing through a point is given by: y - y1 = m(x - x1); where (x1, y1) = (7, 8) and m = -3.
Therefore equation of the line is y - 8 = -3(x - 7)
y - 8 = -3x + 21
y + 3x = 8 + 21
y + 3x = 29
