So first of all you need to know the trigonometric property of 1+ tan2(theta) = sec^2(theta) so we get a cos^2(theta)(sec^2(theta)) and based on that properties and simplifications, I came up with and answer of Cos^2(theta)(1/cos^2(theta)) = 1.
