Not enough sleep can affect many things such as vision, inability to concentrate, lack of energy, not wanting to eat, and other things. Lack of sleep can cause obesity, even if you are working out and eating healthy. With enough sleep, it will increase your appetite, which will make sure you're getting enough nutrients and vitamins.
