Answer: Salivary amylase is secreted by the salivary gland in the mouth.

Explanation: Salivary amylase is actually an enzyme that is secreted by the salivary glands to aid with digestion in the mouth, therefore its located in the saliva. The enzyme amylase breaks down starch from complex structure into smaller units in the mouth and is also secreted by the pancreas but termed differently in this site. It forms part of pancreatic juice.
