Answer:

The line crosses the y axis at 1.5 and the x axis at -3.  Going from left to right, go right or in the positive direction on the x axis 4 whole numbers, then go up or positive on the y axis 2 whole numbers.  Repeat until finished with the right side of graph, then reverse by going negative on y axis 2 and then negative 4 on x axis to complete the left side of the graph.
