That’s mathematically impossible.

If the set of numbers are less than -8, they cannot be less than or equal to 0.

Reading a graph wrong is a common mistake. A line pointing right means greater than.

If that’s the case, this problem is an “and” problem, in algebra. The answer is both; -8
