We can create a proportion.  Let's call "x" how much water weigh a 110 pound person contains.

So

[tex]\frac{20lb water}{33lb}= \frac{x}{110lb} \\33x=2200\\x=66.66666\\or\\60\frac{2}{3} lbs[/tex]

Hope this helps!
