If s = 1/4 unit and A = 80s^2

A = 80 (1/4)^2

A = 80 (1/16)

A = 5

substitute s = [tex]\frac{1}{4}[/tex] into the equation

A= 80 × ([tex]\frac{1}{4}[/tex])² = 80 × [tex]\frac{1}{16}[/tex] = [tex]\frac{80}{16}[/tex]= 5 square units
