We simply have to multiply the three fractions. And doing so requires us to multiply their numerators and their denominators. So we have: 8/15 * 6/5 * 1/3 = 8*6*1/15*5*3 = 48/225, which gives us 16/75 after simplifying the result (by dividing the fraction by 3).
