The sum of angles of a triangle is 180°, so the two unknown angles have a total measure of 180° -115° = 65°. The total number of ratio units is 3+10 = 13, so each must stand for 65°/13 = 5°.

The measures of the two angles are 3·5° = 15° and 10·5° = 50°.
