we know that

if two angles are supplementary

then

their sum is equal to 180 degrees

so

(2x+4)+(3x+1)=180------> 5x+5=180----> 5x=180-5-----> x=175/5-----> x=35°

therefore

the angles are

(2x+4)-----> 2*35+4=74°

(3x+1)-----> 3*35+1=106°

the answer is the option

D) 74 and 106
