Find the derivative of f(x) using the quotient rule:-

f'(x) = (3 - 2x)*1 - (x - 5)* -2

----------------------------

(3 - 2x)^2

= 3 - 2x + 2x - 10 -7

----------------------- = --------------

( 3 - 2x)^2 (3 - 2x)^2

So h = -7 and m = 2
