4(pi)/3 degrees= 4(pi)/3 × 180/pi radians

As pi radians= 180 degrees
Dividing both sides by pi :
pi / pi radian= 180/pi degrees
1 radian=180/pi degrees

4 × pi /3 × 180/ pi
pi and pi gets cancelled.
180/3= 60
4× 60
=240 degrees
