A person that is active will have higher concentrations of calcium deposits and a more dense bone tissue overall, since high levels of activity creates micro breaks in the bone tissue, which prompts osteogenesis and mineral deposit at the break site. These breaks are small enough that they are typically unnoticeable and when the breaks are healed the bone is stronger than it was before.
